Vegan Banana + PB + Nut Sandwich

Making the sandwich below is fun and really gets me motivated to make more food throughout the day.  This is good for a fast lunch item when you don't have much time.  I also get to have crunchy peanut butter when all I have is smooth.



I have written the recipe and ingredients.

Recipe

1. Crunch the nuts to a dust (I do this in a blender)
2. Take 2 pieces of bread and toast them.
3. Put peanut butter on both sides of the bread.
4. Put nuts on one side of the bread (just enough so they don't fall out when eating)
5. Cut up one banana into small circles and place on the side with nuts.
6. Close sandwich.

Ingredients
2 pieces of bread
A bunch of nuts (any kind)
1 banana
Smooth peanut butter.
